John Beach

5 years ago, John stepped away from his long-term CEO role and created JBA, which today helps a small number of market leading independent companies grow & succeed across a number of industries including Cleaning & Hygiene.

He has also been involved in several exciting new start-ups over the past 3 years in different industries.

He is the Chairman of TCA and brought the founding members together in early 2021, when our vision & strategy was first created.

 

Josh Sherlock

Josh is Executive Director of Harcher but started his business life as a software engineer based in Europe.

After a decade in that industry he returned to his roots to run his family business that was founded by his father Harvey in 1986.

Today, Josh lives in WA and overseas Harcher’s NSW and WA based Cleaning, Packaging and Wholesale Confectionary operations.

 

Marcia Rodgers 

Marcia Rodgers founded Tensens with her father Hans 25 years ago, and purchased the business from him in 2011 with her husband Ben.   She took the reigns as Managing Director in 2019 where her performance and leadership skills excelled as well as re-branding and marketing expertise. She is grateful her continued search for innovative products in the industry has taken her around the world where she has formed strong relationships with key suppliers both here and abroad.

 

Ryan Macdougall

After working alongside his father and brother at True Blue Chemicals in his early business life, Ryan decided to was time to start his own business and acquired True Blue Newcastle as a standalone business in 2012.

This kick started a sustained period growth, both organic and though acquisiton.

Today the business is known as Clean iQ and is unrecognizable from the early days when he purchased the True Blue branch from his family.

Moving into a new state of the art warehouse, distribution and training facility in Sommersby NSW in mid 2022, Clean iQ is positoned perfectly for continued growth in the coming years.

Bronte Hough

Bronte has been involved with Salute since 1998, when he took over the management of a small packaging business (known as Pak-Rite in those days) from his parents.  It wasn’t long before Bronte’s entrepreneurial tendencies and desire for growth, turned Pak Rite “the packaging guys” into Salute, a key supplier in packaging, cleaning, washroom and hand hygiene across many industries.

For over 20 years, Bronte has steered Salute on a course of continued growth, adding the right blend of product, service and people.

Our Salute family is still growing with the addition of businesses with similar philosophies and product offerings.

Shaun Fletcher

Shaun joined Fletchers Supplies as CEO in 2015 and has overseen Fletchers’ purchasing, vision, and operation.

Whilst developing a new retail showroom, Shaun has led a progressive, second-generation family run business that strives to keep a traditional, authentic rapport with new and ongoing customers in the cleaning, hospitality and industrial sectors.

 

Shane Leigh

Originally from QLD, Shane moved to NSW to play professional rugby league from 1986-1989.

Following this he worked for BlueScope where, in 2000, he was approached by Stuart Macdougall from True Blue Chemicals to run their Illawarra branch. In 2011 Shane purchased the branch from True Blue Chemicals and rebranded the business as TBC Distribution.

Since then the business has grown extensively and today has its own branches in the Gold Coast and Canberra servicing customers nationwide in a variety of different markets and industries.

Matthew Materia

After studying Marketing, Matthew began his career as a sales representative in the security systems industry.

Around this time, his parents purchased a small cleaning supplies business called Hannafords, which he joined 12 months later to focus on sales and developing the business.

Hannafords has grown substantially year on year, having success in many key industries and developing great relationships with their loyal customer base.

This has been complimented by successful acquisitions and building relationships with key trade partners.

With the support of family and a dynamic team, Matthew has grown Hannafords into a leading distributor of cleaning and hygiene products in Greater Melbourne.
